DESIGN THINKING
Design thinking in entrepreneurship is a user-centered problem-solving approach. It involvesizing with users, problems, ideating solutions, prototyping, and testing. This process fosters innovation and adaptability, helping entrepreneurs create products that resonate with their audience and enhance their chances of success.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP & INNOVATION TRAINING
Entrepreneurship and innovation training focuses on equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to start and grow their own businesses. This training covers essential topics such as business planning, market research, financial management, and creative problem-solving. Participants learn to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and effectively implement their ideas in the marketplace. Overall, the goal is to foster a mindset of entrepreneurship and encourage innovative thinking to drive success in various ventures.
MVP'S 7 PROOF OF CONCEPT WORKSHOPS
MVP, or Viable Product, refers to the simplest version of a product that can be released to gather feedback from early users. It allows teams to validate their ideas and make improvements based on real user experiences. Proof of Concept workshops are sessions where teams develop a prototype or demonstration to test the feasibility of an idea or technology before full-scale development. These workshops help identify potential challenges and refine the concept based on stakeholder input.
